Love this Creative Scrapbook!
I love the idea of scrapbooking, and am so lucky that my friend Tanya of www.timeforscrapping.blogspot.com is a super talented scrapbooker. I can only dream of making something so crafty! She always told me how she liked to scrapbook and that she had a lot of supplies. I was so impressed when I saw her craft station and the beautiful scrapbooks she makes! She was so kind and made me this beautiful Vintage Mini Scrapbook.
So much detail and thought was put into making this! I added a W to the picture frame that she distressed because it was too new looking.
In the middle of the book she made this cute little pocket that folds up and is held together with a magnet. I am going to add some journaling to this area and talk about the year I started blogging!
I was so impressed with the dragonflies that were scattered throughout the book, like this one on this tag and others that were stamped on. She knows I love dragonflies and it was such a cute way to personalize it for me! There were cute little cards that are scattered throughout the book that I was able to journal about my family and add some cute personalized info on each of them, like what age the boys are and what their favorite foods are. It’s going to be such a great memento to have and pass on to them!
Of course I was tickled that Tanya even found paper with Domestic Goddess on it! I will be proudly displaying this beautiful scrapbook in my house, and be quick to let my friends know just who they can contact for their very own personalized scrapbook! If you are a scrapbooker and want the details on how she made this – check out this video she did on it http://timeforscrappin.blogspot.com/2010/02/vintage-mini.html
I am truely inspiried by her creativity – it makes me feel like getting crafty! Of course that may take me to the kitchen!

Hiya Wendy…I’m awake! LOL.
I just have to say that this little scrapbook is adorable! I love the dragonfly touch…what a sweet way to personalize it. Also the ‘domestic goddess’ does that too!
I remember when I used to be so creative and crafty…I found a lot of joy in it. I still have a lot of supplies stored; seeing this makes me want to get them out and see what I’ve got.
Happy Saturday to you!
simply gorgeous.

It’s amazing what people can do with scrapbooking. So neat.
Wendy, I’m so glad I discovered your blog. The photo are beautiful. So inspiring. And you make me want to scrapbook more (and eat yummy danish!). Thanks for all you do here. Really fun.
Thanks Kathy – I appreciate that! I found you from Deanna -she designed my site too – Happy Blogging!
I find the best scrapbooking supplies are found around the house or at general store, such as dollar stores. Look for everyday items that you can add to your scrapbook. Around the house, the more personal an item is, the better. Items such as event programs, menus, cards, receipts, or anything else that will lend a personal touch and dress up your scrapbook are great.
My partner and i your post seeking search engines with regard to this particular. I will add in order to favorites, I’ll examine a lot from regarding ones additional posts as well. Bless you!
